There is a "T" in the five-character code at the bottom of the Ace of Spades. That, together with the zip code in the address and the stamp-style seal, means your deck dates to 1974.
I recently bought a couple of these Golden Nugget decks on eBay which are from the middle 1960s (they have gold trim on the box and the card backs) and were used at the tables and re-sealed. One is a green deck that has the gold re-seal unbroken. The other is a 1965 red deck that is well-worn (the previous owner used it a lot). - od awilson329
