Hi Everybody and Lorraine, yes we do respect the bush and the pitfalls we have all learn't over many years.Being raised and working remote areas has given us more insite of what can go wrong.So you learn as you go, but for anybody venturing out to remote areas I implore PLEASE carry a personal location devise or a satilite phone.ALL ways plot in your campsite on a gps before leaving is a big rule and carry spare batteries as this is the main instument to get you home safe.Preferably never detect alone, and treat all visitors into your camp or out in the field that you do not know with caution.I could go on, but their is to many variables that we have encounted over the years,but all these above are the most important. Hi all, thankyou for the positive replies, one thing I would like to point out is Tremain no longer has a computer that works so I do pass on comments, Dale and Sandra are in very limited range where they live.And when they start moving around detecting my only contact is by satellite phone.
