Komentarze: Gold Nugget found in Utah's West Desert I live in st george is there anyone out here that can give me some pointers? Or is there  no gold near st george? - od Jason Watson
Looks like a great family outing. I put a link from my online gold prospecting magazine THE GOLD ANGLE to this video  Hope you don't mind. The video was just about as good as being there shoveling the dirt with you. - od Gold Prospecting
Hey I was wondering what kind of highbanker you were using - od jett Strand
not enough to fill a cavity. they maybe plus 30's but your wallet is minus $4,000. Quit your job and file a claim. Your rich man, rich I say........... - od stewartfrye
Thanks for posting all the great videos! My neighbor (Utah native) and I are heading to Utah this May from Indiana. We have been scouring youtube and the web for areas to hit on our trip. Soon after my neighbor moved here from Utah three years ago we picked up gold fever and been prospecting flour gold in brown county Indiana ever since. Two grams in two years of sporadic weekend trips when we can get away from the wives and little ones. Sad total I know but it has defiantly refined our fine gold recovery skills. So, with that being said we were hoping you can help suggest some areas to visit? As of right now our week long trip is AF river area, west desert possibly Ophir area and Henry mountains area. If you have any suggestions PLEASE feel free. We will be using a Gold Hog mini with extension and a proline insurance sluice below that. We just received and have not tested our 1.5" dredge nozzle for the mini used for bedrock cleaning. Again, any help would be greatly appreciated! Very nice place :) and great gold , thanks - od djpitr
looks like the sluice flow needs to be reduced somewhat, it looks like it is running too fast for anything to stick in the sluice - od Gohot229
That was nice! Was that a club claim? Did you guys haul that water out there? - od jdeluisa
Nice nugs for Utah...I have recently moved to St. George from Oregon and don't know much about this desert prospecting.I haven't joined the UGP as of yet but would love to assist you on an outing. I have a whites GMT detector that might help in locating some more sweet spots. I'm not sure how dredging works out here but I have experience in that department as well. Let me know if I can help out some time. - od brewdogg77

Looks good and you might be able to hit it this winter, if you don't get much snow out there.   I used to live in Cedar City, and I wish I had taken up prospecting years ago, because lots of places west and northwest of there I would be hitting.  Take care, Ron - od WyattEarp387
Well done!  Too bad someone didn't put a sign up saying "The Gold's Right Here!"  Where would the fun in that be?  Looks like a place to revisit! - od Dennis Petersen
